Upgrading Your Plan
You can upgrade your plan at any time from the Settings page. Upgrades take effect immediately, and you'll only be charged the prorated difference for the remainder of your billing period.
How to Upgrade
- Navigate to Settings → Billing
- Click "Upgrade Plan"
- Select your new plan
- Enter payment details (if not already on file)
- Confirm the upgrade
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I try Pro features before committing?
Yes! All plans include a 7-day free trial. No credit card required. Experience the full features of your chosen plan before your subscription begins.
What happens to my data if I downgrade?
When downgrading, data older than your new plan's retention period will be archived and eventually deleted. We recommend exporting any reports you need before downgrading.
Can I add more tenants than my plan allows?
You'll need to upgrade to a higher plan to add more tenants. If you have specific enterprise requirements, contact our sales team for custom pricing.
Is there an annual billing option?
Yes, annual billing is available with a 20% discount. Contact sales or switch to annual billing from your Settings → Billing page.
